Mango Chia Pudding

- 1/2 cup Non-Fat Milk
- 1/8 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 200 g Greek Yogurt
Mix all ingredients together except mangoes and 100g Greek Yogurt. Allow to chill in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, slice mangoes into cubes.
Layer mangoes, chia pudding, greek yogurt and mangoes in a glass or bowl.
Serve and enjoy!
Alternatively, you can use almond milk, low-fat milk, or other non-dairy milk.
Top it up with spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, or coconut flakes.
