Mango Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Non-Fat Milk
  • 1/8 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 200 g Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together except mangoes and 100g Greek Yogurt. Allow to chill in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, slice mangoes into cubes.
  • Layer mangoes, chia pudding, greek yogurt and mangoes in a glass or bowl.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Alternatively, you can use almond milk, low-fat milk, or other non-dairy milk.
Top it up with spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, or coconut flakes.
