Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Non-Fat Milk
  • 1/8 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 200 g Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together except mangoes and 100g Greek Yogurt. Allow to chill in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, slice mangoes into cubes.
  • Layer mangoes, chia pudding, greek yogurt and mangoes in a glass or bowl.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Alternatively, you can use almond milk, low-fat milk, or other non-dairy milk.
Top it up with spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, or coconut flakes.

Feel free to explore and use other fruits in season like banana, strawberries, blueberries, or dragon fruit! You can also use mango yogurt instead of greek yogurt. Enjoy!
