Ube Cheese Pandesal

Ube Cheese Pandesal By Susan’s Homemade Cakes

The craze about Ube Cheese Pandesal is surely not yet over and we think it won’t die down just yet. With all the craze still going on, the cake shop, Susan’s Homemade Cakes made their own version.

Each piece is siksik, but soft and fluffy. Their version is the same with the ones I have tried before but this one is sweeter. The ube they used was more on the sweeter side which I like.  Also, the cheese was really melted and blends with the ube that’s why the cheese is not that visible in the photo below. I also noticed that the cheese remained melted even if you don’t reheat it. In most of the Ube Cheese Pandesal that I have tried, you can actually see the whole cheese inside.

Aside from it being sweet, what made this stand out for me is its soft and fluffy bread which remains so even after a few days.
