In a bowl, sift flour and sugar then mix well. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine milk, butter, egg, and yeast then mix well.
Gradually pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture.
Once mixed, lightly flour the surface and knead the dough.
After kneading, put it in a bowl and cover it with a plastic wrapper. Let it rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Once it has risen or double the size, lightly cover your work area with flour and roll the dough into a rectangular form.
Spread soft butter on top and sprinkle with the cinnamon filling.
