Mala Tang is a Chinese casual dining restaurant serving the best roasting in Manila. Mainly, they serve Roast Duck, Hong Kong White Chicken, Lechon Macau, Soy Chicken, and Pork Asado. I was not able to try them personally but I heard from my foodie friends that their food was really great. Aside from that, they were listed as one of the Best Hong Kong Roasts in Manila by Esquire in 2019.
Just like the other restaurants, Mala Tang was also affected by the pandemic. That’s when they have decided to sell frozen siomai together with their chili garlic. Now, you can have a premium quality siomai at home, anytime you want it!
What sets them apart from their competitors was the use of premium quality ingredients to provide high-quality Chinese dimsum at an affordable price. Imagine, you can have their premium quality siomai for just Php 180 for 15 pieces! And since, it wouldn’t be complete without chili garlic, they are also offering a bottle (200g) for just Php 150.
