Medley Modern Mediterranean

Medley: Modern Mediterranean Cuisine

I’ve been passing by this Medley Modern Mediterranean store for a long time now but never did I thought of dining in.

My first impressions were:
1) the food is expensive yet there’s nothing unique on their menu — traditional Mediterranean food (in my opinion even without looking at its menu),
2) they are a grab-and-go store thus offering a few seats outside Fully Booked, and
3) it is not comfortable to dine-in since the place is small and it’s hot to eat outside.

Medley Modern Mediterranean

Little did we know that this Modern Mediterranean restaurant started as a small kiosk at the Legaspi Sunday Market. David Tweg and his father noticed that more and more people fell in love with the fresh flavor they offer and saw this as an opportunity to share it with the rest of the Metro by having its first store in BGC.

Medley offers delicious modern Mediterranean grab-and-go food with a modern twist that caters not only to meat lovers, but also to vegetarian, and vegans alike. What’s good about their product is its authenticity and freshness. The ingredients are directly sourced from the local farmers and suppliers. Every dish is made-to-order and can be customized according to the customer’s preference.

Since it’s a grab-and-go concept, only a few seats are available beside its store in front of Fully Booked. It is best to dine-in when it is not hot or at night. Better yet, just grab your food and dine-in your office or at the comfort of your home.
