Lowbrow, the company behind the famous Bad Bird, Fowl Bread, Beefier Beef Shop, and Flower Boy had now come up with another fast-casual restaurant, this time, in Glorietta 2.
The restaurant was supposed to be another branch for Bad Bird but they have decided to make a new concept — Bad Bird Express (BBX).
BBX features all of Lowbrow’s Restaurants’ favorites including Bad Bird’s Chicken but made more affordable. Most of the items from their menu were below Php 200.
It has a more casual look than Bad Bird, simple yet hip and modern. We actually thought that it was a Korean Restaurant for some reason.
It is a self-service restaurant where you have the liberty to get your own sauce and everything you need from the self-service counter. Just be mindful and get only what you need to avoid wastage.
Waiting time is reasonable and the servers were attentive and welcoming. Overall, we are satisfied with our experience here.
