I’ve known Welch’s since I was a kid for its 100% pure juice that’s why it is not appealing for me since I am used to the powdered juices just like what Frances Sales (@topazhorizon) said during the Welch’s 150th celebration. Before, we tried adding some water and sugar to it so that it would taste a bit better (by better, I mean like the powdered juices we are used to – I clearly know now that it was wrong). I am a big fan of powdered juices but now, as a Nutritionist, I am well aware that powdered juices are just sugar so, I’ve tried to cut it out of my life. I am proud to say that I am successfully doing that but you know, there’s always a time that you want it and just have to allow yourself, because, it isn’t bad at all if you will have it once in a while.
Welch’s Grape Juice – the good thing about Welch’s is that it allows me to have my dose of fruit juice in my favorite flavor (grapes), guilt-free as it only contains natural fruit sugar and does not contain any preservatives.
I know, it is a bit expensive (compared to powdered juices) for a typical family but it is also good to know that a bottle (295mL) is actually equivalent to 2 servings of fruits which is all you need for a day and it contains 180 calories per bottle.
Drinking 100% grape juice made with Concord Grapes can help support a healthy heart.

Welch’s Grape Juice Cocktail – this drink is almost similar with the previous one but it only contains 20% fruit juice. It also contains lesser calories (125 calories) per bottle (296mL).
Welch’s Apple Cranberry – flavored juice drink blend of cranberry, apple, grape juices from concentrate which contains 180 calories per bottle (296 mL).
Cranberry Juice Cocktail – a flavored blend of cranberry and grape juices concentrate. Each bottle (295mL) contains 170 calories with 100% Vitamin C (Daily Value per serving).
Sparkling White Grape – it was our first time trying out this non-alcoholic drink and we truly enjoyed its flavor. It has a refreshing, and bubbly taste just like the other Alcoholic Sparkling beverages we can see in the market.
Aside from it being a non-alcoholic beverage, it was made from the freshest Concord and Niagara Grapes which makes it perfect for the whole family.

Welch’s Fruit Snacks – it was also my first time trying out these fruit snacks. At first, I thought it was like gummy bears with rubbery texture but it isn’t. It is more like a gelatin-candy that we can snack on guilt-free as it contains real fruits – grape, peach, strawberry, orange, and raspberry. Another good thing about this product was that it also contains 100% Vitamin C, and 25% Vitamins A and E (Daily Value per serving).
