Sakura Hanami is serving tea for every season. Yup, they are not just a milk tea place but a tea shop. I love how they came up with their menu. You can choose from the Hanami Premium Blends. Autumn Blends, Spring Blends, Summer Blends, Winter Blends, and Bubble Mousse. I also love that they have a separate menu for their bestsellers since looking at their lengthy menu was a bit overwhelming especially for first-timers.
Being a tea lover that I am, of course I tried their Winter Blends’ hot tea.
Tradtional Cherry Blossom Tea – the cafe’s Cherry Blossom theme won’t be complete without this hot tea. I love that they used edible flowers and I enjoyed it even without adding honey because of its floral aftertaste. Really high-quality tea.
Also, look at that tea set!!! I want one! Haha.

Blue Pea Fruit Tea – this one has become a trend nowadays because of its unique ability to change color which you can see in the photo below. It was the first time that I have tried this type of tea so, I don’t know what to expect but it was really good. Again, even without honey.
Because the staff noticed that I love this tea so much, she asked me if I wanted to take it home, the tea not the tea set (haha). So, I asked if I could and she said yes! Yay! She put it on the XL cup and even added honey. This was super sulit!

Lava Pearl Latte – this is their version of the trending milk tea craze with black sugar pearls but in a 1-liter cup. Simply the best!!! I bet that you can definitely finish this alone or if you wanted to watch on your milk tea intake, they have a smaller one which costs Php 125.

Hanami Dream Tea – to be honest, I have decided to try this because of its color. Happily, this fruit tea made with peach flavor, jasmine tea, and blue pea fruit tea topped with boba yogurt pearls did not disappoint! That boba yogurt pearl was a real game-changer but I just hoped that it has less sugar as this was too sweet for me. I told them that it was too sweet and they said that they will lessen the sugar. Hopefully, I can try it again when I do another Maginhawa food crawl.

Strawberry Rose Bubble Mousse – if you want a mousse with pearls, this might be for you. As for me, I am looking for more of that strawberry-rose taste.

Though their mousse was not for me, I would definitely come back for their drinks! I would say that Sakura Hanami is indeed one of the best tea shops located in Maginhawa.
