Korean Fried Chicken

24 Chicken: Budget-Friendly Korean Fried Chicken

I’ve been hearing a lot of good reviews about 24 Chicken. My friends and I were supposed to try it at the YoUniverstiy Suites but my friend was craving Japanese food so, we’ve decided to try Rosanjin Japanese Restaurant instead.

So glad that I was finally able to try 24 Chicken which is known for its budget-friendly Korean fried chicken. They have 8 flavors to choose from: original, garlic, jack daniels, lemon glazed, yangnyeom, yangnyeom with x2 spiciness level, yangnyeom with garlic, cheese, and spicy bbq. You can also have it half 2x chicken (choose any 2 flavors) and choose it either bone-in or boneless.

Original – if you wanted to go plain, this is the best option for you. All their chicken was crispy and flavorful. Perfect for anyone who loves Korean fried chicken.

Another good thing about them was that they deliver! So, if you are feeling extra lazy and don’t want to go out of your house, just call them and they’ll deliver.

Price: Php 198 (half)
Table for: 1-2 persons
Food Rating: 4/5

Garlic – the chicken has garlic bits on top that’s not overwhelming for someone who is not a fan of garlic like me.

Jack Daniels – sweet and savory chicken which became an instant favorite! I can definitely finish this half chicken alone.

Yangnyeom – this chicken is also available with garlic or with x2 spiciness level. A savory Korean fried chicken! Yum!

Snow Cheese – this one is quite unique for me. The chicken was literally sprinkled with cheese all over. Yup, just like the cheese powder we often have with our fries.

Their chicken is available in half or whole orders. They also offer rice meals which cost from Php 85 to Php 100. If you want more rice, you can have it by adding Php 18 and extra sauce for Php 25.

The chicken was all tasty but what stands out among all the flavors was the Jack Daniels, Cheese, and Yangnyeom. We love that their chicken was crispy yet tender on the inside, just how we want it.
