I first tried Garrett Popcorn when I went to Malaysia way back in 2020. My friend introduced it to me. I don’t plan on buying Garrett Popcorn at that time since I am not that much into popcorn. My first impression was “that popcorn is too expensive, it can’t be too good to cost that much”. She let me try some and I really did enjoy it. It was good!
Now, as I was searching for food to try in the United Arab Emirates, I saw that there is Garrett Popcorn there. I told my sister about it and included it in the “food trip itinerary” I made. Her first impression was “sus, popcorn lang pala”.
Garrett Popcorn in Dubai Mall
As we were strolling around Dubai Mall, they saw Garrett Popcorn and said “uy, young Garrett mo oh!”. I got excited and immediately went to the store. We still have a week to go but my sister told me to buy it now as we might not come across another one and that we’re not going back to the Dubai Mall. So, I went there and asked the staff. I was actually looking for the Matcha Popcorn that my friend told me about but they don’t have it here.
As I was being entertained by the staff there, my friends and sisters gathered around too, curious and were also looking at the popcorn. The staff was nice enough to offer us a free taste. And the rest was history. Haha. They also bought their own tin can of Garrett Popcorn and they kept on saying “uy ang sarap nga”, “uy, masarap din yung isa”. We went crazy over their free taste! I was laughing at them and told them “sabi niyo, popcorn lang?” It was one of the most glorifying, and successful budol stories in the few years I am blogging. “Free taste lang pala katapat ng mga ito”.
So, if ever you came across Garrett Popcorn, you can ask them for a free taste and see for yourself if it is worth the price or if you want to indulge yourself with this high-quality, fresh, and delicious popcorn.
I am telling you, it is like no other or at least worth the splurge whenever I’m out of the country.
They also let us try their Chocolate Popcorn Kernels and as expected it tastes good too! I should’ve got this too since I love chocolates.

Garrett Popcorn Flavors
Their signature and the most famous flavor is the Garrett Mix® which is a blend of CaramelCrisp’s sophisticated sweetness with the savory goodness of CheeseCorn. Other signature flavors include CaramelCrisp® which can be selected with their nuts, either almonds, pecans, or cashews. They also have CheeseCorn, Buttery, and Plain.
Caramel Crisp – caramelized brown sugar sweetness with a crème brûlée crunch.
Cheesecorn – gourmet cheese popcorn made with real cheddar cheese.

Storage
If you are going to get the ones on the snack bags, you should consume them within the day as they don’t use preservatives. Also, “kukunat yung popcorn”.
If you are buying the ones in a tin can, you can store them for up to two weeks but once opened, make sure to consume them within a day or two.
Cost and Sizes
You can get the smallest Garrett Popcorn in a snack bag which cost 30 AED, sharing bag for 35 AED, and family bag for 60 AED. Specialty flavors or those with nuts cost from 40 AED, 45 AED, and 95 AED, respectively.
Garrett Popcorn tins are best to get if you are going to take them home. Classic tins cost from 135 AED to 175 AED depending on the flavor. While the petite cans cost from 40 AED to 50 AED.
By the way, you can also choose from their tin can designs: blue, spring, platinum, and pink signature stripes, and the Chicago Skyline.
