My Auntie brought us to Hello-Halo, a pasalubong and food stop in Mauban. In front of their store is an open area where you can enjoy your halo-halo while enjoying the view of the rice fields.

My auntie told us that they serve delicious halo-halo here and that many people stop by. So, here’s what we ordered. Of course, I have to try their Special Halo-Halo.

Special Halo-Halo

Their Special Halo-Halo, just like any other special halo-halo has ice cream. It was also supposed to have barquillos to make it more special but unfortunately, they run out of stock at that time.

Hello Halo

Yuuummmm!!! I didn’t quite expect this since most halo-halo are the same? This one is exceptional. Though the ice cream already melted, it still served its purpose. We ordered 12 halo-halo and they served it all together which may be the reason why the ice cream has melted. Anyway, it was creamy because of the vanilla ice cream. It has all the halo-halo ingredients from langka, ube, banana, gulaman, beans (beans!!! my favorite), and most importantly, the nata de coco… and a lot more other ingredients. Whenever I have halo-halo, I am very specific that it should have nata de coco, or I won’t buy it (most of the time). But this one? It has lots of it! Yay!!! As in a lot! Not just 1, 2, or 3! I wasn’t even able to count it. This one is super approved!!!

By the way, their halo-halo has cheese too!

Regular Halo-Halo

Their regular halo-halo ain’t your typical regular halo-halo since it has complete ingredients except that it doesn’t have vanilla ice cream compared to their Special Halo-Halo.

It was really hot that day and we asked for additional ice and they gave us a glass. They also serve iced cold water!

Mauban Food Trip

Definitely adding this to my list of Quezon’s Best Halo-Halo in Mauban!

Aside from these, they also have Banana Con Yelo and other merienda, and rice meals like pansit, sisig, liempo, silog meals, and even burgers and other sandwiches.

This can be a good stop after going to Cagbalete Island which is a famous tourist spot in Mauban, Quezon Province.
