Visited Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during the Chinese New Year and saw that Mcdonald’s has rolled out a delicious Cheesecake and Salted Caramel Soft Serve series for a limited time only.
Since I love cheesecakes, I didn’t let the moment pass and searched for it but unfortunately, all the Mcdo stores are not offering it yet. They are only offering the Strawberry Sundae but not the Strawberry Cheesecake Sundae, Chocolate Cheesecake Sundae, Cheesecake, Cheesecake & Vanilla, and Cheesecake Choco Dip Sundae. Sad. (Well, guess what? They started offering the cheesecake series the week after!)
Another interesting thing about their sundaes was that they actually offer 5 other dip flavors: chocolate, matcha, caramel, taro, and mango.
Since there is no cheesecake series yet, I have decided to try the Salted Caramel Sundae and McFlurry instead.
Salted Caramel Sundae – I am not a big fan of caramel but this one is an exemption since it was more salty than sweet. They have perfected the salted caramel sauce! Even my friends who don’t have a sweet tooth loved this.

Salted Caramel McFlurry – was expecting that this one would taste better than the sundae since it is McFlurry. This one is sweeter and has crunchy cone bits which I really liked.
I have noticed that they did not mix the McFlurry and that you are the one who should mix it. Well, cool but I like it better when they do the mixing part.
While I love the crunchy cone bits, I still prefer the Salted Caramel Sundae than this one.

Overall, we love McDonald’s Limited Edition Salted Caramel Series especially the Salted Caramel Sundae!
By the way, my friend who is in KL was able to try the Strawberry Cheesecake Sundae and she said that it was super good! How I wish they would also release this here in the Philippines!
