Catering Terms and Conditions:
- Minimum of 50 persons or amounting to Php 20,000.00 (exclusive of service charge), whichever is higher.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices are inclusive of VAT and transportation fees within Pasig (transportation fee will be applied for areas outside Pasig) and are subject to 10% Service Charge.
- Buffet set-up only. Guest tables and chairs are not included.
- Maximum service time is three (3) hours. Extensions will be subject to a fee of Php 1,500/hour.
- Additional fees will apply for additional manpower and buffet set-up and graveyard shifts.
- Any addition, reduction, cancellation and/or changes in the menu will be accepted 72 hours prior to the date of catering. A cancellation fee of 50% of the contract amount will apply for events canceled within 72 hours. A 100% cancellation fee will apply if the event is canceled within 24 hours or on the day of the event.
- Max’s Group Inc. reserves the right to change the menu upon advice to the client in case of non-availability of raw materials within 24 hours of the catering event.
- Functions are confirmed upon receipt of the signed Party Reservation Agreement and 50% down payment. Full payment is required five (5) days before the catering event.
